So unterstützt Du unser Team

• Du unterstützt das Sales Team bei der Betreuung unserer internationalen Kunden und arbeitest eng mit Ihnen zusammen
• Du hilfst bei der Koordination unserer Vertriebsaktivitäten und beim Versand
• Du erstellst und prüfst Rechnungen und Bestellungen
• Gemeinsam mit dem Team sorgst Du für eine kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Vertriebsprozesse
• Im Arbeitsalltag arbeitest Du dafür auch eng mit anderen Abteilungen wie Supply Chain, Product Management und Marketing zusammen
• Ebenso übernimmst Du administrative Tätigkeiten wie beispielsweise Datenpflege
• Du nimmst an Fachmessen teil

Das bringst Du mit

• Du bist eingeschriebener Student im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Vergleichbarem
• Du bringst ein gutes Verständnis für kaufmännische und vertriebliche Prozesse mit
• Du hast Lust ein international agierendes Unternehmen beim Wachstum aktiv zu unterstützen
• Auch auf Englisch kannst Du problemlos kommunizieren, weitere Sprachkenntnisse wären ein Plus
• Du bist offen gegenüber neuen Themen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Love und Lifestyle
• Du bist stark in der Kommunikation und ein echter Teamplayer
• Gute MS Office Kenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab

How you support our team

• You support the sales team in serving our international customers and work closely with them
• You help with the coordination of our sales activities and shipping
• You create and check invoices and orders
• Together with the team, you will ensure continuous optimization of our sales processes
• You will also work closely with other departments such as Supply Chain, Product Management and Marketing on a day-to-day basis
• You will also be responsible for administrative tasks such as data maintenance

What sets you apart

• You are a registered student in the field of business administration or similar
• You have a good understanding of commercial and sales processes
• You want to actively support the growth of an internationally operating company
• You can communicate in English without any problems, further language skills would be a plus
• You are open to new topics, especially in the areas of love and lifestyle
• You are strong in communication and a real team player
• Good MS Office skills complete your profile
