Your mission
- Identify potential customers, understand their needs, and guide them in choosing the best solutions.
- Establish and develop new distribution channels, conduct product demonstrations, and showcase key benefits.
- Provide expert advice on product usage to help customers maximize their value from our solutions.
- Prepare detailed technical proposals and work closely with internal teams to finalize competitive commercial offers.
- Collaborate with design, production, and R&D teams to tailor products and services to fit specific customer requirements.
Your profile
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, biotechnology, or a related field.
- A solid understanding of biotechnology products and how they are applied.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in sales.
- Ability to analyze customer challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Be open to meeting clients and supporting sales activities across different locations.
- Experience with biotechnology or chemical engineering associations in India is a plus. Existing customer referrals are highly valued.
