We are looking for a new part-time colleague (m/f/d) (20 h/week) to join our motivated and highly skilled team in the Personnel/Human Resources department. As a member of the team, you will work closely with the various departments of our company.

Tasks include:

• Personnel administration (e.g. processing incoming mail)
• Support with the introduction of new HR IT systems (e.g. “Q-Management” module in Planzeit (Quali-Matrix), Bite (applicant management system))
• Filing of incoming documents (insurance certificates, AUs, etc.)
• Completion of Quali-Matrix data maintenance in Excel file
• Transferring the data from the Excel file to the “Q Management” plan time module
• Continuing the digitization of personnel files (old + current)
• Processing incoming applications
• Processing of entries and exits (incl. job bikes, company cars, BKV)

Requirements

• Enrollment in a degree program in economics or comparable
• Completed commercial training is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of HR IT systems desirable
