In this role, you will work closely with the German management team and the local leadership team. You will report to our Senior HR Director Global Sales and be part of the international HR Business Partner team.
Responsibilities:
- In this position, you will collaborate with the respective departments as a partner and support our employees throughout the entire HR lifecycle
- Your area of responsibility includes strategic topics such as forward-looking employee retention and development, as well as individual career planning, alongside daily administrative tasks (currently with a strong focus on administrative activities)
- As the central contact person for all HR matters, you will advise managers and work constructively with the works council
- You will facilitate and initiate organizational changes and support the department profitably during strategic restructurings
- You have solid expertise in core HR processes as well as HR tools and continuously develop our existing processes further
- In constant exchange with experts from other HR departments, you proactively initiate the exchange of experiences and knowledge
- You will take responsibility for participating in local and global HR projects
Ihr Profil
- You have a completed degree, ideally with a focus on Human Resources
- You have several years of experience in the HR field, ideally in an internationally operating and decentralized company, and in collaboration with a works council
- You possess solid knowledge of applicable German labor law, and good knowledge of social security and income tax law completes your profile
- You are characterized by your empathetic nature and positive attitude and enjoy working with people
- You are a strong, proactive personality and impress with your high social competence; in unforeseen situations, you act as a guiding and advising force
- In critical and conflict-laden situations, you keep a calm head and de-escalate with your competence and appreciative manner
- You are fluent in both written and spoken German and English, with negotiation-level proficiency
